Prices quoted are room rates including full English breakfast for 2 people sharing a double or twin room. A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is required to secure any booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date then the full cost of the booking will be payable. If more than 4 weeks notice of cancellation is given, then the deposit is refundable or transferrable. No allowance can be made for accommodation vacated before the end of the reservation.
